Message	insurance companies like to act like they're doing you a favor by supposedly taking care of you. In reality, you pay them to keep your car as it should be when something bad happens to it. They are supposed to work for you. When dealing with them, remember that. They're not going to do you any favors in terms of checks written, man-hours spent, or anything else. rich Z32.org
